User Responsibilities and Obligations

Compliance:

Conduct:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, USA.

Arbitration:

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of chosen Arbitration Institution. The arbitration shall take place in City, and State decided by MC, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on the parties.

6.

Termination

6.1

Termination by MC:

IBN reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or unlawful conduct. In the event of termination, the user's account may be deactivated, and access to the services may be revoked without prior notice.

6.2

Termination by User:

Users may terminate their account with MC at any time by providing written notice to MC. Upon termination, users may lose access to certain features or content, and any outstanding obligations or liabilities shall remain in effect.

7.

Miscellaneous

7.1

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

7.2

Severability:

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7.3

Assignment:

Users may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of MC.

By using MC's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the services.
